Are these the kittens who lost their mittens? I happened to rescue
these little beauties from the local thrift store yesterday for only $4!
Don't they look like they just popped out of a picture book? After
close examination, I noted that they are hand-painted, but unfortunately,
without a signature. I figured that these kitties (and others like them)
deserve some recognition, so I decided to create an new category:
"Illustration at Play".
"Illustration at Play" will go beyond the pages of a picture book
to showcase the beauty of children's toys.
